Project Oversight Role
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans, coordinating with multiple teams to achieve goals
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and enforce safety protocols
* Lead and motivate a team of tradespeople, providing necessary resources and support to complete projects efficiently
* Coordinate the deployment of skilled personnel across various sites, balancing workload and deadlines
* Prepare comprehensive project reports, highlighting successes and challenges, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
* Ensure seamless communication among team members, promoting collaboration and a positive work environment
* Occasional interstate travel may be required to facilitate project coordination
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in fit-out projects
* A valid Australian driver's license
* Relevant trade qualifications, such as Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Carpentry, or Shop Fitting
* OH&S White Card certification
* Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
* Valid working rights in Australia
