* Efficient management of store operations, encompassing stock control, housekeeping, and showroom presentation

* Providing superior customer service, addressing requests, sourcing parts, and managing backorders
Requirements:
* Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with trade or industrial supply background
* Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with supervisory experience desirable

* Proficient computer skills, including Windows, with focus on process optimization
