Job Summary

We are seeking an organised and proactive Branch Administrator to provide excellent customer service, deliver admin support, maintain accurate databases and documentation, and handle enquiries, quotations, invoices, purchase orders, inventory, freight, reports, and communications.


About the Role

* Deliver high-quality customer service to external clients.
* Provide administrative support to sales, service, or technical teams.
* Maintain accurate databases and documentation systems.
* Handle a range of tasks including enquiries, quotations, invoices, purchase orders, inventory management, freight coordination, report generation, and communication.

* Competence with Microsoft Office applications.
* Customer service focus and a reliable work ethic.
* Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally.

* $20,000 annual site allowance paid monthly.
* 5 extra days leave per year after 2 years of employment.
