Job Summary:
The Application and Integration Lead oversees the upkeep, improvement, and implementation of business applications across the organisation.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for maximising existing business applications in line with organisational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small-scale application projects from planning through to delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* Application Support: Provide level two support and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system updates.
* Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions and create clear documentation for users.
* Application Maintenance: Configure, maintain and upgrade application systems, ensuring accurate records are kept.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
* Licensing and Compliance: Manage software licensing, patching schedules and compliance with Essential Eight.
* User Access Management: Administer user access and participate in testing, deployment and change management processes.
About You:
We are seeking a qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. Proven experience in configuring and integrating enterprise applications is essential. A track record of managing the lifecycle of business-critical applications is also required.
Able to lead process improvement initiatives and possessing strong documentation skills are key qualities we look for in a candidate. Experience with software updates, patching and compliance frameworks such as Essential Eight is highly desirable.
Ambitious individuals who can demonstrate project delivery skills using structured methodologies, along with testing and deployment experience with adherence to change management processes, will be given preference. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
