What you’ll do:
* Oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event outlets – managing staff, scheduling, and service delivery
* Drive service excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency across the department
* Monitor inventory, manage suppliers, and ensure adequate stock levels
* Train, mentor, and develop your team to consistently deliver high-quality service
* Lead guest recovery, resolving complaints with professionalism and care
* Support marketing initiatives and promotions to boost F&B revenue
* Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
What we’re looking for:
* Proven leadership experience in food & beverage or hospitality management
* Strong people leadership with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate
* Hands-on approach with sharp operational focus and attention to detail
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
