Job Description
Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Manager, Incident & Crisis Management Education and Response.
What's the role?
You'll play a key role in supporting how Westpac responds to incidents and crises across the Group. Working within Business Resilience, you'll help coordinate and lead incident and crisis responses, chair response meetings, and provide clear updates to senior leaders when disruptions occur.

The role requires someone who can turn technical jargon into clear operational plans and actions that business teams and senior stakeholders can use to drive great customer outcomes. You'll also support training, testing and post‐incident reviews, helping improve how we prepare for and respond to future events.
This role includes being part of an on‐call roster to support incidents outside standard hours.
This is a permanent, full‐time role based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide, with flexibility and shared after‐hours coverage.
