Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) – Multiple Vacancies – The Roy Fagan Centre
Working at the Roy Fagan Centre – A Career with Purpose
Nurses at the Roy Fagan Centre (RFC) are at the heart of our care model, supporting older persons with complex mental health needs, neuropsychiatric symptoms of dementia, and other age-related conditions. Our nursing team works within a multidisciplinary framework to deliver compassionate, person-centred care that prioritises dignity, safety, and emotional wellbeing.
Our nursing workforce operates on a 12-hour shift pattern, with full-time staff typically working two days on, two days off. This model promotes continuity of care, team cohesion, and work-life balance.
At RFC, we are committed to career progression and succession planning. Nurses are supported through structured supervision, mentoring, and access to professional development opportunities tailored to their interests and goals.
