**APS4 Administrative Officer - $46 p/h + Super**
**The role**
- Provide administrative support to a team of assessors, including support needed for meetings, calendar arrangements and scribing.
- Working in a virtual environment in a team that works in office locations across Australia.
- Strong experience in providing administrative support services
- Proficiency in ICT systems such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams or similar.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, initiative, and flexibility to manage a workload and perform under pressure.
**APS5 Business Support Officer $54 p/h + Super**
**The role**
- Providing high level business and administrative support to the team, including support needed for meetings, calendar arrangements and scribing.
- Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working in a virtual environment in a team that works in office locations across Australia.
- Strong experience in providing business and administrative support services with a high level of attention to detail.
- High level of proficiency in systems such as Microsoft e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams or similar.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
**APS6 Assessment Officer $60 p/h + Super**
**The role**
- Liaise and collaborate in relation to information and intelligence to support the assessments and subsequent drafting of advice
- Seek guidance and advice as required to support the assessment activities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to exercise valuable judgement, identify priorities and discriminate between options based on limited information and intelligence.
- Experience in an assessment role.
- Capacity to work in a busy environment, successfully handling competing priorities and manage own workload.
- Report writing and communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and interact in an effective way and communicate information coherently and concisely to audiences with a range of backgrounds to ensure clarity.
To be eligible it is essential that applicants hold
**Australian Citizenship** and will be required to obtain and maintain a
**Baseline Security Clearance.**
