Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for preparation and review of company and trust tax returns, research and assistance with tax consulting advice, assist clients with M&A activities, including tax structuring and tax due diligence services, and research and assist with preparing advice and calculations in connection with international tax issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
We are looking for candidates with a university degree in a related discipline, such as Accounting/Finance, Business/Commerce, Legal, and/or relevant professional qualification(s). CA qualified or currently working towards your CA qualification is required. Significant corporate tax professional services experience and good understanding of taxation of entities in Australia and basic understanding of taxes are essential.
