Role Overview
This pivotal position involves spearheading the recovery and successful return-to-work of employees, while fostering a positive workplace culture.
* Establish and Implement Work Readiness Frameworks to ensure alignment with organisational objectives, encompassing injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work processes.
* Ensure Compliance and Performance by monitoring workers' compensation claims, systems, and practices against legislative requirements, guaranteeing seamless execution.
* Coordinate Case Management and Stakeholder Engagement, facilitating effective communication between injured employees, managers, insurers, and health providers to support recovery plans.
* Design and Manage Rehabilitation Programs, including identifying suitable duties and facilitating redeployment to enable successful return-to-work outcomes.
* Lead Health and Wellbeing Initiatives, contributing to projects and reporting that promote workforce capability and support organisational goals.
