Your new role
As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Implementing financial models, processes and reporting across the Technology Delivery Portfolio and standardising existing portfolio financial frameworks.
* Developing reporting templates and consolidating program and project financials to support accurate, timely management reporting.
* Driving the financial management cadence, including month-end forecasting, contract financial updates and variance analysis.
* Supporting the development and maintenance of financial plans, budgets, and CAPEX/OPEX forecasts, and ensuring strong financial controls across the portfolio.
* Maintaining Work Breakdown Structures and processing project forecast updates in SAP to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
* Managing financial aspects of vendor contracts and providing financial modelling for business cases and change impact assessments.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in Financial Analysis or a similar role.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or related discipline, supported by strong applied expertise.
* Proven leadership and financial management capability, with demonstrated success overseeing diverse and high-value financial activities.
* Demonstrated ability to translate strategic direction into effective operational processes, driving consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the resilience to operate effectively under pressure.
* Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SAP and Microsoft Project.
* Australian Citizenship, with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development, continuous improvement, and high-performance standards.
