Previous Supervisory experience will also be required.At least 3-5 years’ experience in similar work, preferably in the service industry/hospitality/high volume hotel or village servicesAbility to manage a team of 6 trades onsiteQLD Licenced Plumber with the following endorsements:Working knowledge and experience with the day to day operation of onsite Sewage and Water treatment plantsClass C, Manual Driver’s LicenceQualified Plumber - 8/6 roster - $135,000 + super per annumWe are seeking driven and self-motivated experienced, qualified plumber to work in a plumbing maintenance role within in a remote accommodation environment.Current Driver LicenseCurrent Plumbers LicenceGeneral Construction white card advantageousPrevious water treatment experience preferredSolid and relevant experience i.e. service & maintenance (at least 2 years)Develop a preventative maintenance planQualified Electrician - 8/6 roster - $135,000 + super per annumYou will provide a diverse range of electrical services, including but not limited to:Current QLD Electrical Trade Certificate is a MUSTDemonstrated experience in an electrical maintenance industrial environment.Current working at heights certificate would be advantageousGeneral electrical maintenance and repairs within the village accommodation and surrounding village within the allocated time framesAir Conditioners Maintenance and installs (Sirrom can provide refrigerant handling training)Test and tag all electrical equipment in line with Australian Standards.Ensure that you achieve outstanding day-to-day results, compliance with WHS and electrical regulations.Record all maintenance activities in a daily log that captures the issues identified and track emerging maintenance requests and report to Village manager/clientMaintain smoke alarms to Australian Standards.Develop a preventative maintenance planTrade Assistant - 8/6 roster - $98,000 + super per annumTo assist and support plumbers and electricians with maintenance of remote accommodation and facilities services.All meals and accommodation are provided whilst on shift.Suitable Candidates Must Have The FollowingSolid and relevant experience i.e. service & maintenance (at least 2 years)Must be physically fit to carry out duties of the role;Demonstrate a commitment to safety policies and procedures.Be a self-starter who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.Good customer communication skills.We’d love to hear from you if you’ve had previous experience in facility maintenance across the domestic and commercial sectors.
