About the Role:
The Nurse Care Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams and driving operational excellence within our healthcare facilities.
* Participate as a key member of the Clinical Leadership team and embody professional conduct that reflects our organisational values and mission statement.
* Provide skilled patient care, including initial assessment, care planning and ongoing review.
* Ensure own clinical practice is within scope of regulatory guidelines and reflects an understanding of the complex needs of older adults.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric profile to all stakeholders.
* Current Registered Nurse (APRHA) qualifications
* At least 3 years experience working within the aged care sector or with elderly people
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Satisfactory Police Check
* Clinical Registration
