The Role
Reporting to the Co-Founders, the Marketing & Communications Manager will play a key leadership role in shaping how the brand connects with its audience. Sitting at the intersection of creativity and commercial strategy, this role will translate creative direction into integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across digital and physical channels.
You will oversee campaign execution, community growth, partnerships, and brand activations, ensuring each touchpoint reflects the brand's aesthetic and values while delivering measurable commercial outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role within a founder-led business, offering strong exposure to brand, creative, and commercial decision making.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate creative direction into integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, PR, and experiential activations
* Manage the marketing campaign calendar, aligning product launches, retail initiatives, and digital content
* Lead campaign planning and creative brainstorming to bring seasonal narratives to life
* Oversee social media strategy and community engagement across Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality content and performance marketing initiatives
* Plan, write, and execute email marketing campaigns while managing segmentation and automation within Klaviyo
* Identify and manage brand partnerships, collaborations, and influencer relationships aligned with the brand aesthetic
* Conceptualise and deliver brand events, in-store activations, and product launches that strengthen community engagement
* Coordinate event logistics including suppliers, timelines, RSVPs, and content capture
* Work closely with e-commerce, design, and retail teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels
* Monitor marketing performance across digital channels, partnerships, and campaigns
* Deliver regular reporting and insights to founders to inform strategy and optimisation
Skill Set
* 6–10 years' marketing experience within lifestyle, fashion, homewares, interiors, or design-led consumer brands
* Proven ability to translate creative direction into integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Strong social media leadership with experience building engaged digital communities
* Experience managing brand partnerships, collaborations, and influencer relationships
* Excellent copywriting and brand storytelling capability
* Demonstrated experience delivering brand activations, launches, and community-focused events
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Proficiency across marketing platforms including Meta Suite, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Shopify
* Strong visual judgement and appreciation for design-led brands
* Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking and performance measurement
