Human Resource Advisor – Stamford Plaza Adelaide
Stamford Hotels & Resorts is seeking a proactive and professional Human Resources Advisor to join our team and support our hotel’s most valuable asset – our people.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
Partner closely with department leaders to drive a positive and engaged workplace culture.
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job advertising to new hire onboarding.
Manage employee files, contracts, and compliance requirements in accordance with Fair Work and company policy.
Coordinate training, development and engagement initiatives to support skill growth and career progression.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for Head Office review.
Ensure all actions and advice align with workplace laws, modern awards, and Stamford’s policies.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Coordinator or similar role (hospitality or service industry experience highly regarded).
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (or working towards one).
Solid understanding of Fair Work legislation, modern awards and general HR compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to coach and influence at all levels.
Solid organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Experience using HRIS or payroll systems (Zambion experience highly regarded).
Proactive, solution focused mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
