We're seeking a proactive Service Manager to lead our skilled technician team and drive service excellence across multiple sites. This hands-on leadership role combines technical oversight, team mentoring, and strategic collaboration to ensure responsive, high-quality support for our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of technicians across three locations
Oversee service delivery for office equipment, AV systems, and software solutions
Manage scheduling, compliance, and performance metrics
Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to enhance client satisfaction
Core Skills:
Strong technical expertise in print/scan/copy and software solutions
Proven leadership and team development experience
Operational planning and KPI-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and customer service focus
