The role As CFO, you’ll sit at the heart of the executive leadership team. More than stewarding finance, you’ll act as a strategic partner balancing financial discipline with entrepreneurial drive. You’ll have both the autonomy and responsibility to sharpen decision-making, drive performance and build financial resilience while enabling brand-building and market expansion. Key responsibilities: Lead all aspects of finance, accounting, treasury and compliance—driving control, clarity and discipline. Partner with the CEO and leadership team on growth strategy, capital planning and recent market opportunities. Strengthen financial systems across manufacturing, supply chain, distribution and inventory. Deliver commercial insight to optimise working capital, pricing, margins and investment choices. Manage financial and investment relationships, ensuring the right capital structure for growth. Build and lead a high-performing, accountable finance team.
