Senior manager portfolio governance and delivery

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Field Portfolio Governance & Delivery to lead the development and execution of the Field Data Portfolio Strategy.

Reporting to the General Manager, Improve & Transform, you will partner with senior stakeholders to shape long‐term planning, investment priorities, and portfolio outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‐to‐end delivery of programs, projects, and capability initiatives across the field portfolio.
• Ensure strong governance, clear roadmaps, and alignment to strategic goals.
• Track performance, manage risks and opportunities through data‐driven insights.
• Deliver executive‐level reporting to support decision‐making.
• Shape the broader Field Services strategy by identifying innovative solutions that drive measurable business and customer value.
• Lead, coach, and develop a collaborative, safe, and high‐performing team.

Qualifications

• Strong capability in strategy development, business problem solving, and data‐driven decision making within complex environments such as telecommunications, engineering, or construction.
• Experience analysing operational insights, financial impacts, and trade‐offs to shape practical, high‐value solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‐focused with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong commercial awareness, process discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset.
