The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing rural construction projects, resealing programs, and maintenance works on State Highway 12. The successful candidate will oversee risk management surveillance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

* Project Management: Coordinate and execute rural construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
* Maintenance Works: Oversee the implementation of maintenance works on State Highway 12, including routine inspections and repairs.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with construction and maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Civil Construction
* Satisfactory experience and knowledge in civil construction and relevant fields
* NSW Class C Drivers Licence or equivalent
* Traffic Control Work Training Card (SafeWork NSW) and/or Certification
* SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction card ('white card')

The Operations Supervisor will be employed in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2023, with a classification up to Professional/Specialist Band 3, Level 3, Grade 15. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
