Overview:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a culture that integrates safety and environmental awareness as a natural part of the job.
* To oversee the safe delivery of stringing work, ensure allocated resources remain productive, promote proactive safety and environmental awareness for all personnel under their supervision and report to the construction manager on quality elements of construction works.
* Direct subcontractors with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience as a Stringing Supervisor is required.
* Tertiary qualifications or significant experience in a supervisory role for construction and engineering projects are essential.
* Extensive experience in all aspects of stringing is necessary.
* A thorough understanding of Australian OHS legislative requirements is crucial.
* Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
* A current driver's licence is necessary.
