Overview

Key Account Partner – North Shore & Northern Beaches.

Role Summary

As a Key Account Manager ("Partner") you own a portfolio of top-tier real estate agency clients across Sydney's North Shore & Northern Beaches. You act as an embedded business partner, driving new product adoption, brand loyalty, and upsell opportunities for Domain, part of the CoStar Group.

Responsibilities
* Understand each client's business, challenges, and goals through close collaboration.
* Solution‐sell Domain's portfolio, presenting insights and leading 1‐to‐1 and sales meetings.
* Strategise and implement growth initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Provide world‐class customer service, resolving queries and operational account issues efficiently.
* Gather feedback on market conditions and competitive activities, identifying barriers and opportunities.
* Become an industry expert in the residential real‐estate space, expanding your knowledge continuously.
Qualifications
* Proven success in B2B consultative selling to key accounts.
* Experience crafting custom product solutions or bundles that address specific client needs.
* Ability to negotiate large complex deals and handle objections, driving win‐win outcomes.
* Strong communication skills – confident public speaking and presenting to client sales teams and decision‐makers.
* Drive and resilience to consistently meet sales targets.
* Experience managing accounts predominantly across the North Shore & Northern Beaches regions.
Nice to Haves
* Building relationships/selling to Enterprise customers.
* Experience or certifications in SaaS, digital media and/or real‐estate.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Commerce.
* Notable sales achievements within the above industries.
