Role Purpose

Your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively to support the Store Manager in driving the ultimate customer experience and elevating the store's overall performance.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead by example by inspiring and delighting customers, enabling them to weave their own style of home
* Be a role model around achieving personal targets and KPIs whilst supporting the team to achieve theirs
* Coaching, developing and training the wider team in partnership with the Store Manager
* Contribute to successful workforce planning and roster creation to ensure budget compliance
* Analyse reports and proactively identify opportunities that will increase the customer experience


Qualifications & Experience

* Wildly passionate about creating the ultimate customer experience (and know how to do so)
* Leadership qualities and demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and targets
* Ability and experience creating and instilling an engaged and motivated culture within your team
* Strengths in nurturing, coaching, training and developing a team
* Awesome attitude, always part of the solution
* Team player who strongly believes we are better as one
