About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join either the AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. The role is full‐time and involves producing accurate, timely quotes for vehicle repairs, ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre‐accident condition, and providing excellent customer service.

* Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
* Accurately quote biex vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
* Complete quotes as required on‐site, off‐site and appreciates online
* Conduct vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
* Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness
* Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised promptly
* Assist with production management of the centre where required

About You
* Proven experience in a similar position, including preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
* Experience with AudaNet highly desirable
* Experience with Ibody desirable but not mandatory
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers and work providers
* Highly professional and personable
* Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
* Excel knowledge an advantage but not required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Strong problem‐solving skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
* Strong commitment to safe working practices
