* This is an exciting opportunity to join our store management team as an Assistant Store Manager. You will be responsible for motivating and developing a customer-focused team to achieve sales targets.
* The successful candidate will report directly to the Store Manager and assist with creating a safe working environment, achieving sales targets, managing KPIs, and providing talent management and development to team members.
You will be an ideal fit if you have 2-3 years of experience in retail management, have worked towards KPIs and budgets, and have experience with inventory management. Your authentic passion for customer service and eagerness to continuously learn will also make you stand out.
