In this role, you'll:
You'll formulate and maintain transport management plans for major event bus operations (e.g. NYE, City2Surf, Vivid, events at Sydney Olympic Park) - including bus timetabling, service disruption management and stakeholder coordination to achieve safe and efficient transport outcomes.
This role will see you support planning and operations teams during major events, contribute to continuous improvement of policies and procedures, and work collaboratively with government agencies and industry stakeholders to deliver customer focused outcomes.
You will navigate transport management planning and operational delivery outcomes in a complex event based environment requiring coordination across multiple transport modes, stakeholders and competing priorities.

About you
Your transport planning, communication and problem solving skills formed across bus planning, transport operations, service delivery or event management environments will see you excel in developing and implementing effective transport management plans that minimise impacts on the broader community and support safe event operations.
You're recognised as a collaborative and adaptable transport planning professional, skilled at coordinating stakeholder input and supporting operational delivery during major events
You're experienced in bus planning, timetabling, transport operations, stakeholder engagement and project based work.
You hold a valid Australian motor vehicle driver's licence with willingness to work outside regular hours and travel as required.
You hold a valid Australian driver's licence and you're willing to work outside normal hours and undertake travel to meet business requirements.
