We're seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow a Real Estate team. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing team capability, and ensuring consistent delivery of results across residential and/or commercial sales.
The Sales Manager plays a key role in strategy, coaching, and operational excellence within the sales division.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals
* Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
* Drive listing growth, conversion rates, and revenue performance
* Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews
* Oversee sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting
* Support high-value negotiations and deal closures
* Ensure compliance with Victorian real estate legislation and company policies
