Account Management Opportunity
As a key representative of our organization, the Account Manager plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of existing clients across Australia
* Analyze and understand customers' IT projects to provide expert sales advice
* Identify potential sales opportunities and increase customer use of our solution through strategic package offerings
* Demonstrate new products, features, and versions to end-users
* Negotiate contract renewals from monthly to multi-year subscriptions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Passion for software products
* Strong organizational skills with around 150 clients to manage
* Solution-oriented approach
* 0-3 years of experience in Sales
* Full working rights in Australia
