DWS are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‐to‐end delivery of large, complex supply chain technology initiatives for a major Australian retail organisation. This role oversees delivery across integration, store infrastructure, warehouse and transport platforms, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy, governance frameworks, operational stability, and measurable business value.

What you'll be doing:
* Providing full end‐to‐end leadership of large‐scale technology initiatives spanning supermarkets, liquor, and group platforms
* Overseeing scope, scheduling, budgeting, quality, RAID, and delivery governance to ensure predictable outcomes
* Driving strong cross‐functional engagement across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Business stakeholders, and vendors
* Embedding disciplined governance frameworks including financial management, status reporting, compliance adherence, and executive transparency
* Delivering initiatives within agile and hybrid delivery models, ensuring smooth transition to operational support and maintaining environment stability
* Managing budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, resource plans, and financial controls while proactively identifying delivery risks
* Contributing to continuous improvement across delivery practices, operational efficiency, and service/product lifecycle management
* Overseeing delivery of software solutions and infrastructure across enterprise platforms including WMS, TMS, online fulfilment, integration ecosystems, ERP, SaaS, and hybrid cloud components
* Leading cross‐functional teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance
* Defining and measuring value metrics to ensure business outcomes are realised across the supply chain technology landscape
