Job Title:
Facilities and Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities and Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Central Processing Centre (CPC) and coordinating access to services for election facilities and locations.

Main Responsibilities:
* Leading day-to-day facility and site management of the CPC ensuring optimal efficiency.
* Engaging external contractors and agents to undertake CPC facility maintenance.
* Ensuring compliance with work health and safety activities, including fire safety components, first aid arrangements, WHS procedures, and evacuation plans.
* Managing and coordinating security procedures and responding to emergency callouts.

Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
