Clinical Nurse Educator Job Opportunity
Seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to lead and teach in a central city location with low-cost parking. This is a part-time/full-time permanent role in a cutting-edge Cardiac Catheter Laboratories and Hybrid Theatre delivering advanced Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Vascular procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Minimum of 3 years cardiac and vascular interventional services experience.
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
* Experience in designing, coordinating, and facilitating structured educational programs that support the upskilling of nurses from novice to expert levels in CVIS specialties.
* Demonstrated involvement in audit and quality improvement initiatives, including the ability to identify areas for enhancement, implement evidence-based changes, and evaluate outcomes to improve patient care and service delivery.
* Ability to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and stakeholders, with a strong focus on collaboration and relationship-building.
* Ability to objectively evaluate and assess learning needs and outcomes.
* Ability to deliver hands-on practical education.
* Ability to undertake education presentations.
