The Role:
This is a key role based primarily at our Devonport joinery workshop, ideal for someone with experience in furniture removals, heavy lifting, or general labouring, who thrives in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
The role involves a range of duties including manual handling of heavy items, loading and unloading joinery products, organising and stacking materials, inventory checks, and preparing and delivering goods to construction sites. You'll also engage with both internal teams and external customers, and may be required to assist with general labouring tasks related to our joinery workshop and site operations.
What We're Looking For:
To be suitable for this position you will need the following skills and experience:
* Medium rigid drivers licence
* Understanding of safe manual handling principles
* Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise
* Have an exceptional customer service attitude
* Basic computer skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work unsupervised
To be successful in this role you will need to be physically fit and be able to undertake manual work and heavy lifting conducive to furniture removal type work.
