**How will I help?**
- Resolve incidents and problems to ensure systems operate as required.
- Assist change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders
- Participate in Major Incident and Major Problem reviews
- Undertake continuous improvement activities within the team to ensure services are delivered more efficiently and provide support to stakeholders through appropriate Change Management activities.
- Promote and ensure the use of agreed tools, methodologies and tools.
- Resolve incidents escalated by Level 2 Support
- Deploy code fixes to implement corrective actions for identified problems or vulnerabilities.
- Participate in testing of disaster recovery plans, business continuity, and disaster recovery drills.

**What do I need?**
- Experience in a corporate IT environment (preferred).
- Support experience in a Windows Server environment.
- Experience with payments processing (preferred).
- SQL and PowerShell expertise.
- Knowledge of SSL certificates and Web Application Firewalls.
