Overview
Connect Resources QLD is currently seeking experienced and ticketed Civil Labourers/Toppys to join an established civil crew working on a major road upgrade and subdivision infrastructure projects from North Brisbane to Sunshine Coast. You will be involved in a range of civil construction activities across roads and subdivisions, including:
Responsibilities
* Road construction works including formation, pavement prep, and road widening
* Civil drainage installation (pipelines, pits, trenching and backfilling)
* Concreting works including kerb, pavement reconstruction, and footings
* Installation of underground services and civil infrastructure
* Assisting operators and various crews as required
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year experience in civil construction (roads, subdivisions, or drainage preferred)
* White Card (mandatory)
* Strong understanding of site safety and civil construction practices
* Ability to work in a team and follow direction from supervisors and leading hands
* Tickets highly regarded – RII Roller, Confined Space, HR License
