Interior Designer – High-End Residential
Sydney, NSW | Full-Time | Immediate Start - REVIT PROFICIENCY
We are a design-led residential studio based in Sydney seeking a talented and technically capable Interior Designer to join our growing team.
This role is suited to a confident designer with minimum 3-5 years experience, strong Revit capability, and the ability to independently manage projects from concept through to documentation and site involvement.
About the Role
You will work on bespoke residential projects including new homes and duplexes. The position requires both creative strength and technical precision.
You must be comfortable taking ownership of projects and working autonomously within a structured studio environment managing multiple projects at once.
Key Responsibilities
Develop interior concepts aligned with client brief and architectural intent
Prepare detailed Revit documentation including joinery, finishes and schedules
Produce material palettes and FF&E selections
Coordinate with architects, consultants and suppliers
Attend site meetings and liaise with builders/trades
Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
Essential Criteria (Applications without these will not be considered)
Minimum 3 years' residential interior design experience in Sydney, Australia
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (documentation capability essential)
Strong joinery detailing experience
On-site experience and understanding of construction processes
Ability to work independently and manage workflow
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
Experience in high-end / custom residential projects
Strong design presentation skills and eye for detail
Rendering or visualisation capability
