Lead Educator Role
The Lead Educator is responsible for overseeing a newly established 2-year-old room within an early learning environment.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of educators.
The successful candidate will have a calm, child-led approach and a team-oriented mindset.
They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of young children
* Leading a team of educators to ensure high-quality care and education
* Establishing positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Managing resources and budgets to optimize the learning environment
Requirements include:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
* 1+ year experience in a Lead Educator role
* Valid Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, and compliance certifications
* Calm, child-led approach and team-oriented mindset
* Bilingual skills (Mandarin/Cantonese) a bonus, but not essential
