About the Role
To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual.
You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail, have a good level of computer literacy and effective communication skills.
Mail sorting and distribution
Courier bookings and deliveries
Preparation of mailbags for internal and interstate offices
Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationary
Assist in organising meetings and conferences
Maintain databases and update presentations
Light cleaning duties
Assist with filing and maintenance of document files
General administrative duties
Some heavy lifting may be involved
Key Requirements
Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology
Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
Previous customer service experience highly regarded
