About your role: Engage the workforce in using the systems and processes contained in the CHHHS Clinical Governance Framework. Provide workforce education related to clinical governance systems and process. Oversee the Cairns and Hinterland Mental Health and ATODS clinical incident management process including implementation of the Clinical Incident Management Pathway, facilitating clinical incident triage meetings and preparing for the clinical incident management meeting. Manage and support the workforce in the use of the clinical governance information management system (RiskMan). Analyse patient safety and quality related data and convert into information for use by the MHATOD service in strategic and operational decision making.
