Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Coordinate and manage all maintenance activities, including repairs, safety inspections, and essential services.
2. Supervise contractors and tradespeople to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality service delivery.
3. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance schedules and completed work.
4. Respond promptly to urgent repairs, safety hazards, and facility-related issues.
Successful Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in aged care or community services.
* Strong knowledge of building services, operations, and WHS regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong attention to detail.
