Australia perth contract negotiable**POSITION PURPOSE** This position is accountable for providing strategic and high-level technical guidance, advice, and support to the business on complex employee and industrial relation matters. It will also be required to develop and implement, where applicable, relevant policies, standards, procedures, and systems in line with broader HR & business strategies. Provides input into organisational change activities and ensures compliance with Enterprise Agreements and legislative requirements across the organisation.
