What we're looking for

* Demonstrated experience and genuine commitment to leading, guiding, supporting and developing emerging adults and mature students in a residential college, tertiary education or equivalent community setting.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills exhibiting high emotional intelligence with experience leading and motivating a team to deliver outcomes while fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent judgment and diplomacy including the ability to take a firm line tempered by compassion and fairness.
* Proven administrative and organisational efficiency and effectiveness including the ability to plan work to deadlines and manage workload with minimal direct support or supervision.
