About the role
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer or respond to customer enquiries with aim to resolve on first point of contact
* Process service requests received via phone, web platform and email
* Assist operations team with resolving any service delivery delays or issues
* Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling critical and sensitive customer data
* Participate in ongoing training to continuously enhance skills and knowledge

About you:
* takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
* can effectively manage a variety of situations with a positive attitude
* you are comfortable working with computer systems
* have prior customer service experience
* eager to learn and grow through feedback and development opportunities
* experience in Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
* must be comfortable in busy fast paced environment
* must be available for to start within a weeks notice of interviewing for the role
