What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Officer, you'll be the friendly face of Stockland Green Hills, providing world-class service and support to our customers and retailers. This casual role offers flexible hours each week, with core trading hours predominantly on weekends and Thursday nights. Flexibility is key – you'll help cover shifts for other team members and support the broader Centre Management team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering outstanding customer care and assistance at the Customer Care Desk.
* Supporting centre operations and administration tasks.
* Assisting with marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
* Building strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and customers.
About You
You're a confident, mature professional with a strong background in customer service and administration. You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working collaboratively, and take pride in creating positive experiences for others.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Proven experience in customer service roles, ideally in retail or hospitality.
