Courier Service Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to join our delivery team as a courier driver in the Newcastle area.
* This role involves transporting goods across various locations, requiring efficient time management and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Loading your vehicle using an MTD scanner at the start of each shift.
* Making multiple deliveries/pick-ups throughout the day.
* Unloading products and trolleys into designated customer locations.
* Using an MTD scanner (full training provided).
* Executing tasks according to the daily schedule.
Requirements:
* A current car license enabling you to drive a van.
* The ability to physically handle freight loads.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Adherence to all road rules and regulations.
* A Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
* Availability to work between 7am and 3pm at Beresfield loading site.
Deliveries will involve regular driving around the city, interacting with customers, and adhering to tight schedules. If you have excellent time management skills and are comfortable with frequent stops and starts, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
