Job Title: Data Insights Specialist
Job Description:
In this key role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting Enterprise Agreements to ensure compliance within payroll systems and processes. You will work closely with project teams, payroll, HR managers, and consultants to drive compliance and enhance operational efficiency across the business.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Fair Work Act, NES, and payroll-related legislation. They will also have experience in SAP payroll systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, macros, and data modeling).
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills, who can effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. This is an opportunity to make a significant compliance and regulatory impact across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
* Interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements to payroll processes.
* Analyze payroll data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Provide expert-level support in SAP payroll configuration and reporting.
* Develop and maintain complex Excel models for payroll analysis, auditing enterprise agreement conditions and entitlements and compliance tracking.
About You
This role requires a strong understanding of industrial relations, compliance, and change management principles. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years' experience in Payroll or IR, with demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
