Purpose
This role is responsible for managing key financial transactions related to sales and cost of sales within our Store Network business, ensuring completeness and accuracy in financial records.
You will support a team of Accountants who are focused on maintaining the financial health of the business and providing guidance to our travel consultants. In this junior role, you'll contribute to improving financial management practices across the Travel Associates business.
Day to day you'll be...
* Supporting the Travel Associates advisor network with financial queries and guidance
* Monitoring and helping mitigate financial risks across the business
* Assisting with exception handling for automated processes related to sales and cost of sales transactions
* Performing reconciliations (including bank and third‐party statements)
* Processing internal charges
* Reviewing and managing at‐risk items such as outstanding cash, audit ledgers, debit ledgers, and unreconciled transactions
* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across finance workflows
* Assisting with special projects, including system implementations and process improvements
* Responding to finance‐related queries from front‐end operations within agreed SLAs (with support from Accountants)
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial system requirements

* Are currently studying toward (or have recently completed) a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or similar
* Have experience working with Excel. Client, Helio, or Power BI is a bonus
* Have strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn
* Are adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‐paced, changing environment
* Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to shared goals
