As part of the leadership team, you support the Store Manager in all areas of running a multi‐million‐dollar business, from motivating team members to rostering and reporting. You work with an exceptional team that delivers efficient service to customers.
Responsibilities
* Help develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members.
* Maintain a top‐notch store, upholding highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
* Manage stock, monitor inventory, and minimise losses.
* Work alongside the team on registers, shelf filling, and merchandising special buys.
* Identify improvement opportunities and propose ideas.
* Ensure stores run smoothly, keeping customers satisfied.
* Step up and run the store while the Store Manager is on leave.
Qualifications
* Experience leading teams in a customer‐facing environment.
* Strong communication skills to inspire teammates and delight customers.
* Passion and skills for motivating, training, and encouraging employees.
* Ability to support your Store Manager to achieve store results.
* A professional and responsible approach to every situation.
* Ability to work independently and execute ALDI policies and procedures.

* Market‐leading remuneration in the range of $108,900 – $115,300*.
* 45 hours per week contract.
