Salary: $120,303 - $135,701 + up to 15.4% Superannuation
**Job Overview**
The Defence Digital Group Assistant Director of Communication is a key role that supports the delivery and coordination of strategic internal communications and events.
This position directly supports the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Defence Digital Group Senior Leaders in developing and delivering targeted communication to contribute to meeting Departmental strategic outcomes.
Key responsibilities include leading the coordination, development, and implementation of communication and stakeholder strategies to enhance and support the service delivery of communication and engagement functions across various channels.

**Responsibilities**
* Develop strategic communications strategies and plans in support of Defence Digital Group priorities.
* Develop and deliver internal and external Defence Digital Group events.
* Engage with stakeholders across Defence on communication matters of varying complexity.
* Ensure consistent messaging to stakeholders.
* Manage a variety of business reporting.
* Implement ongoing improvements to the group's communications function.
* Deliver other communications tasks as required.
