Globally Restaurant Brands NZ Ltd operates the NZ outlets of KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Carl's Jr. together with KFC and Taco Bell in California and Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in Hawaii, Guam and Saipan.

The role:

As our Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operational performance of our KFC restaurants covering regional New South Wales – spanning New England and Northwest Region. You will be responsible for driving sales, profitability and efficiency.

This role ensures the effective execution of marketing strategies, upholds brand standards across customer satisfaction, product quality and facilities, also fosters strong employment practices while developing high-performing management teams and staff.

Some of your role scope includes:

* Lead, champion and support restaurants to consistently deliver the highest standards of product quality and customer service.
* Assess and manage performance of restaurants against key financial and operational targets.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability.
* Ensure the achievement of business objectives across the area.
* Ensure compliance to policies and procedures.
* Reporting, auditing and compliance.
* Maximise sales performance
* Champion operational excellence and customer satisfaction
* Oversee workforce planning and resourcing, including end-to-end recruitment, coaching, training and ongoing development of staff.

Ideally your experience would contain:

* Tertiary level education with major in Business, Hospitality or retain management.
* 3+ years post-graduate experience preferably in a multi-site retail environment.
* Demonstrated success in driving sales and profitability.
* Previous experience leading large and dispersed teams.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
