Our National Local Government Vulnerability Program is looking for a highly skilled individual to join their team as a Program Facilitator. This pivotal role will be at the forefront of engaging, promoting, and delivering our program across local government. If you have a background in local or state government business, possess good communication skills, and enjoy data analysis, this opportunity is perfect for you.
The successful candidate will actively participate in client engagement, program promotion, scheduling, workshop facilitation, and debriefing of the NLGVP ensuring a positive and impactful experience for all stakeholders. They will also support the ongoing success of the NLGVP by being an integral part of the facilitation team for on-site activities.
This role requires someone with experience working in local/state government, project coordination, data collection, management, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, allowing them to build strong relationships and foster collaboration. They should also have the ability to understand relevant legislative, compliance, and regulatory frameworks which impact public sector offerings and solutions.
