The role
Human Resources Officer
When you join our Hotels team, your role will be to assist with the administrative duties of the Human Resources department, manage team member files, support the hiring process, onboard new hires, and coordinate training activities.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist applicants and team members with prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Provide administrative support in relation to the employment cycle such as word processing, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support HR department operations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and meeting coordination.
- Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments to bring to life the award‐winning workplace culture.
Qualifications

- Relevant work experience in human resources and administrative duties.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental labor laws and employment regulations, or exhibits a willingness to learn about them.
